The 96 Yz WR250 is white with a blue frame with purple and yellow decals, it has a purple and yellow factory seat as well... There are not to many of these left running so i am hoping it turns up because of its rarity... This particular model is a 2 stroke with a larger bulker tank for enduro riding (tank almost looks to big)... This is one of 3 bikes stolen from Rockingham Holiday Village @ 2:15am. The bikes were chained to a trailer which was chained to a tree. Real old vintage style bolt cutters were used and left at scene. This bike has a siezed engine so they had to push it. It appears they pre cut a fence over the road ready for the getaway. The bike has DATA DOT SECURITY PROTECTION.

The seat cover is not original, replaced with aftermarket a much lighter blue version than standard. Has hand guards over the handlebar controls which are blue and faded. Aluminium Sump bash plate Some Ballards stickers and lightning flash stickers on body plastics. The Yamaha sticker on the tail had been scratched off to leave just the Letter M. Back mud guard has a light (white) crease mark in it The engine plate near the gear changer has a scratch/Impression from the gear leaver being pushed against it when he bike was dropped. To get the bike going it will need new clutch cable, new battery (old, flat for more than 2 years) Clutch cable was not functioning Probably need a new clutch or at least an alignment Front Tyre needs replacing Back Tyre more than 50% good. Enduro Dunlop Tyre. Has not been ridden in two years will need a service.

My son put blue and black handle grips on the bike and white graphic tape on the rear fender along with two red dragon stickers on the white fenders. There are valve stem caps that light up on each tire as well. These things can be modified or removed. It also has a few missing bolts around crank case area and a few stripped screw holes near chain drive, my son used wrong screwdriver and it left indentions on the metal.

thursday 09/04/09 6.30am son and i discovered garage broken into and WR450 stolen. reported to police assistance line at 7.30am and received ref. no. E38910580. bike stolen from Parkview Towers and removed through carpark entry/exit into Waitara Ave. at approximately 2am. i have seen cctv camera evidence ( yellow mazda/transit/type panel van arriving and departing at exact time ) available through Waldorf Apartments (next door) highlighting vehicle movements and three offenders wheeling bike up the road, and whilst this is at nightime several things are clear which i am still trying to get the police to act on. the bike concerned is a 2008 Yamaha WR450 which was first registered on 11/04/08. registration plate on bike is AX450 (but it has been cancelled at the RTA same day) vin. no. is JYACJ13W28A003614 the bike is just as it was when it was delivered with no abnormal fittings or modifications except for smaller rear indicators and the blue no. plate. my bike is in VERY good condition for its age and being a dirt bike. it has road tiers on (NOT THE NOBBIES) this bike has distinctive markings on it so i can identify it im assuming they will take rego plates off and make it a full on dirt bike it is a key start so they may have had to bust up the ignition to hot weir it. you may see the bike on the back of a ute/trailer or even out near castlereagh area where they all go if you even are a little suss plz either take the number plate of there vehicle and ring the police im very keen to get this bike back as it was ment to be past down to my daughter for her 16th b-day and she is very distraught....

Stolen at 3am 08/11/08 from the courtyard Marriot motel in parramatta belonging to Jarrod Hockley. The van was a white 97 Hiace commuter. The number plates are white WA personalised plates with MOTOR in black. All side and rear windows have been blacked out completed and the windscreen has the sticker "Chasen Races". It has 2 big aerials either side of the windscreen, a nudge bar and two 7" light force spotlights. The roof will be damaged as it was driven under a 2.1m undercover car park and it needs 2.3m clearance. Inside the side and back windows were covered over with carpet, its got custom built frames for the bed and to hold 2 bikes. It also may now have some damage to the front end as they drove it straight through the boom gate when they stole it. Inside was his 2008 model yzf250, all his gear, spare parts, tyres ect basically everything he owned to do with racing. The bike is a yamaha blue yzf250, is #33 and has personallised graphics on it which display his name aswell as all the sponsors - Five Star Yamaha, Avko, Rally Environmental, Tierney Contracting & Truck Centre. TTR 90, KX 65& RM 125 all stolen from Little Hartley near Lithgow. The bikes were locked in a cage and chained together but the low lifes still got at them. Also the TTR 90 & KX 65 may have been ridden around behind Landa St, Lithgow on the 14/4/2008. Some local people have given us names of people well known for stealing bikes and police raided an address but found nothing.We also got info that the bikes might end up around Mt Druitt( Unconfirmed though).TTR 90 has gold Renthal bars, had no 95 on all three plates and a BLUE FRAME ( Not standard)New back tyre

It was a 2000 Yamaha YZ 250 with a yamaha seat cover and handlebar pad. Blue handguards and black flame graphics by enjoy. Decals on most of bike, cracks in the rear fender and scrapped decals on front. I fall abit. It also has newer powerband front suspension. I only had it for 2 months but it was amazing. Great way to get rid of stress.
